广东寒假三下乡社会实践活动
青春献力“百千万”
一月微寒，"乡"约始兴。为积极响应广东省关于深入实施"百县千镇万村高质量发展工程"的号召，暨南大学国际学院根据学院多元化特色组建寒假“百千万工程”实践团队﹣-"智融粤彩"产学研融合实践团，开展三下乡活动。2025年1月17日，在国际学院党委副书记宋京松、辅导员封小龙的指导下，来自中国大陆、罗马尼亚、苏里南等多个国家和地区的10名实践团成员齐聚韶关市始兴县，在祖国广袤乡村土地上，开展产业优化与文化传播工作，书写绚烂动人的青春篇章。
In response to the initiative of Guangdong Province to call on college students to serve the countryside，Jinan University's International College formed the "Intelligent Integration of Guangdong's Color" practice team. On January 17, 2025，10 members from the Chinese mainland, Romania, Suriname and other regions gathered in Shixing County, Shaoguan. They started industrial optimization and cultural exchange work in rural areas, writing touching youth stories.
01校企洽谈 产业助兴
凝聚力量，集思广益，助力前行。17日下午，实践团队邀请益而高科技有限公司人力总监唐寒露莅临学校，与宋京松及实践团成员座谈交流，就文创市场需求挖掘、非遗宣传思路等方面的合作达成一致意见。唐寒露结合自身丰富经验，深入浅出地讲解了在全球化背景下，如何把握市场机遇，提升品牌竞争力，分享了她在跨文化品牌推广中的实用技巧，为团队在实践活动中更好地挖掘需求、解决营销问题提供了宝贵思路。
On the afternoon of the 17th, the practical team invited Tang Hanlu, Eager High - Tech's HR director, to school for a discussion with Secretary Song and team members. They reached a consensus on exploring cultural - creative market demand and promoting intangible cultural heritage. Tang, drawing on his experience, briefed on seizing global market chances, enhancing brand competitiveness, and shared cross - cultural promotion skills, which benefited the team's practical work.
在座谈交流中，实践队队长蒋文睿向领导嘉宾们介绍了暑假在始兴开展社会实践的经历，对本次三下乡活动主题与行程进行了说明。在听取了说明后，宋京松强调：团队要贯彻落实习近平总书记"把中华优秀传统文化传播到五洲四海"的殷切嘱托，发挥学院在多学科融合方面的突出优势，依托学院的校企合作经验，助推"百千万工程"效益落到实处。希望实践团队通过文化赋能，为始兴文化形象挖掘推广、振兴乡村注入新智慧；同时勉励学子扎根中国大地，讲好中国故事，共同搭建中国与世界的文化桥梁。
During the discussion, team leader Jiang Wenrui introduced past practice experience in Shixing. Secretary Song Jingsong stressed implementing the President Xi's instruction and urged the team to boost the "Hundred-County Thousand-Town Ten-Thousand-Village High-Quality Development Project" through cultural means.
02深入实地 产业调研
1月18日上午，实践团队抵达始兴县益而高文具科技有限公司生产基地，开展企业参访活动。在厂长李姣辉的带领下，实践团成员走入厂房车间，参观便利贴、自动削笔器、订书器等产品的全流程生产。普通的原材料经过一道道工序，最终成为了远销海外的爆款文具。通过企业参访，实践团成员更加清晰了文具制造产业目前的产业痛点和难点，增强了进一步推动产业优化做出贡献的决心和信心。
On the morning of January 18, the team visited the production base of Eager High - Tech. Led by factory director Li Jiaohui, they saw stationery production. This visit helped identify industry pain points for optimization.
03深入交流 思路拓展
在企业访谈后，实践团成员与李姣辉厂长进行了深入交流。他首先介绍了公司的生产规模、产品特色以及在行业内的市场定位。
After the company interview, the team entered into an in-depth exchange with Li Jiaohui. He first introduced the company's production scale, product characteristics and market positioning in the industry.
接着，团队设计组成员冯静展示了团队前期的文创设计作品的设计思路与理念，听取了"始兴文化赋能产品"的建议，对未来的设计工作打开了思路。
Then, Feng Jing, a member of the design team, showed the design ideas and concepts of the team's early cultural and creative design works, listened to the suggestions of "Shixing Cultural Empowerment Products", and opened up ideas for future design work.
最后，团队成员围绕如何进一步提升企业创新能力、拓展市场渠道等提出了改进思路，就益而高文具科技有限公司与始兴相关非遗文创相结合进行了深度讨论，双方表现出强烈的合作意愿。
Finally, the team members put forward solutions to improve the company's innovation ability and expand market channels. They had an in-depth discussion on the concept of the integration of Yiergao Stationery Technology Co., Ltd. and the intangible cultural and creative industries related to the intangible cultural heritage of Shixing County, and both sides showed a strong willingness to cooperate.
"智融粤彩"产学研融合实践团以文化科技下乡为主题，围绕文具生产产业这一县域特色产业发展方案和现有资源，带动乡村发展，推动文化外宣与产业升级。
With the theme of cultural science and technology going to the countryside, the "Zhirong Yuecai" industry-university-research integration practice group focuses on the development plan and existing resources of the county's characteristic industries such as stationery production industry, drives rural development, and promotes cultural publicity and industrial upgrading.
实践团通过多方合作，实现文化资源和企业资源的整合，将"智融粤彩"产学研融合实践团以文化科技下乡为主题，将丰富的非遗资源应用于传统制造型企业，顺应企业营业额持续增长、跨境电商发展势头良好的态势，实现企业盈利、乡村创收、文化发扬。
Through multi-party cooperation, the practice group realizes the integration of cultural resources and enterprise resources, and takes the "Zhirong Yuecai" industry-university-research integration practice group to the theme of cultural science and technology going to the countryside, applies the rich intangible cultural heritage resources to traditional manufacturing enterprises, conforms to the continuous growth of enterprise turnover and the good momentum of cross-border e-commerce development, and realizes corporate profitability, rural income generation, and cultural development.
